Will artificial grass retain its beautiful colour?

The fibres have been compiled in such a way that they will combat discolouration. They have been extensively tested, and this is also the reason why the colour is guaranteed for 10 years.

What must I do to maintain my artificial grass ?

The artificial grass will collect dirt from the environment and of course from being walked upon. Leaves and other rough dirt can be simply swept off with a broom. Finer dirt can also be vacuumed up. Do note, however, that you will also vacuum up infill material (See also: Maintenance)

Will the grass remain upright?

The grass may be a little flat after you have laid it. Carefully brush the grass up. The grass can once again become a little flat after a period of heavy use. Then simply brush it again. Check that sufficient infill material (sand) is brushed into the grass. Artificial grass products that do not contain sand only have to be brushed up. If you do this occasionally your grass will remain erect (See also: Maintenance)

Can I use artificial grass to cut my lawn into any shape I want?

Yes, artificial grass can easily be cut into any shape. We advise you to have your artificial grass laid out if you want a special shape, because shaping it does require some experience. Please contact a gardening specialist or installer in your region.

Does artificial grass make a good play-area for children?

artificial grass makes an excellent play-area for children. Bald patches as a result of games are a thing of the past. Do you also want to lay artificial grass under the swing or the jungle gym? artificial grass also supplies shock-absorbent sub-surfaces that can be placed under artificial grass. Your children can play safely!

How can I clean artificial grass ?

You can generally clean the grass with a flexible rake or leaf-blower. Hard brushes are fine for upkeep (but not steel brushes). If your children spill a drink, then simply wash it away with water. You can remove chewing gum and other such things by carefully picking it off the grass. It will be even easier if you place an ice cube on the chewing gum. Never use solvents! You can also clean artificial grass with warm water and green soap (see also: Maintenance)

What if a cigarette or something else that is burning falls on artificial grass ?

Cigarette butts, a barbecue that has fallen over or other smouldering or burning things will leave a burn mark on artificial grass , so try to avoid these accidents from happening. You can, of course, repair artificial grass , but there may then be a colour difference.
